Prison writing
This film is part of a longer interview with writers Abdilatif Abdalla and Ngugi wa Thiong’o, conducted during a symposium to honour Abdilatif’s work at the University of Leipzig. The focus of our project was to collect memories held by these two distinguished authors on their time as political writers both in Africa and in the UK.
